I Am Love, I Love You (below is the post in English)
Quiero compartir mi experiencia de ayer practicando la sanación de las relaciones desde el Amor MíngJué. Comencé la práctica de la mañana invitando al grupo a escuchar el mensaje del maestro Wei.
Previamente, compartí mi experiencia con respecto a la diferencia que existe entre la escucha individual y la colectiva. Hace tiempo pude apreciar que cuando realizaba una selección de una película, por ejemplo una comedia, para compartir luego en grupo, me reía un poco… pero cuando después la veíamos tod@s, el efecto de la risa se multiplicaba de forma muy notoria. Este es el efecto del salto límbico generado por las neuronas espejo. Este hacer comunitario no solo puede aumentar el nivel emocional sino que puede multiplicar el nivel de comprensión y hacer la sanación más profunda. Es el efecto del campo. Así que con esta introducción, escuchamos el mensaje; esta es una nueva grabación, mejor equilibrada.
Y luego, pasamos a realizar la práctica directamente con el sonido XU… abriendo espacios y observando, desde el mejor estado MingJue, las diversas sensaciones que surgían. Cuando surgía alguna sensación de densidad o bloqueo que no se disolvía con el sonido, empecé a enviar la información: «Yo Soy Amor, Yo Te Amo» desde el estado de alto nivel de nuestro campo de conciencia MingJue. En esa parte del cuerpo surgió un recuerdo, un fotograma, una persona con la que había tenido un conflicto o por la que había sido herida, y al decir a la escena, «Yo Soy Amor, Yo Te Amo», lo primero que sucedió fue que vi que ese trocito de mí misma atrapado en el fotograma, comenzaba a crecer adquiriendo la misma dimensión de totalidad de mi Ser verdadero, se soltaba de la prisión del pasado, se dignificaba, y se integraba al presente, totalmente recompuesta.
Por otro lado, la imagen de la otra persona, también atrapada en «mi» fotograma, se desintegraba, se disolvía, desaparecía… Y surgía en mi interior un gran amor, paz y gratitud al universo que Soy… Nunca antes había experimentado con tanta contundencia y eficacia el poder de la información: «Yo Soy Amor. Yo Te Amo».
Fui experimentando decir Xu y, cuando además, surgía un recuerdo o una emoción, volvía a enviar la mejor información «Yo Soy Amor. Yo Te Amo»… y la decía a «mis yo» atrapados en el pasado… Cambiaba el tono, la profundidad, lo decía en silencio… y todo generaba un efecto profundo de sanación, una resurrección, liberación… Mi Ser verdadero infinito y universal, actuaba con total maestría haciendo el proceso muy fácil y fluido, calmo y sin necesidad de juzgar.
En un momento me llegó la información: este método es muy puro y eficaz, no te apegues… deja que en cada práctica se manifieste lo que hay que limpiar; no busques limpiarlo todo… Si esto sucede, has regresado a tu viejo marco de referencia, el que tiene prisa: estás en el ego… Para que sea auténtico, acepta cada proceso de práctica y la enseñanza que te regala… La purificación que se da es perfecta y suficiente… Es completa en sí misma.
Actuando desde la completud todo es HúnYuánLíngTōng.
Al escribir este post recordé la práctica de «recapitular» del chamanismo tolteca que practiqué algunas veces hace algunos años. Se trata de observar las escenas del pasado con precisión y rescatar esos retales de nuestra vida pasada.
Hoy repetimos el proceso… Cada repetición expande la belleza y naturalmente se hace más profunda. Cada día el grupo está más fuerte, claro y alegre, la confianza sigue creciendo y disfrutamos más y mejor. Cada día tenemos más claro que la práctica es una completud, que somos completud amada en cada práctica, y llevamos este tesoro y amor a todos nuestros seres y haceres.
Gracias al maestro Wei, gracias a todo el campo de conciencia mundial MíngJué. Gracias a los estudiantes de mi pequeña comunidad y a todos mis compañer@s organizador@s.

I want to share my experience yesterday practicing healing relationships from MíngJué Love. I started the morning practice by inviting the group to listen to Master Wei’s message.
Previously, I shared my experience regarding the difference between individual and collective listening. Some time ago, I noticed that when I made a selection of a movie, for example a comedy, to share later in a group, I laughed a little… but when we all watched it afterwards, the effect of the laughter was multiplied in a very noticeable way. This is the effect of the limbic jump generated by mirror neurons. This communalizing can not only increase the emotional level but can multiply the level of understanding and make the healing more profound. It is the field effect. So with this introduction, we hear the message; this is a new recording, better balanced. This is the original version.
And then, we went on to do the practice directly with the XU sound… opening spaces and observing, from the best MingJue state, the various sensations that arose. When some sensation of density or blockage arose that did not dissolve with the sound, I began to send the information: «I Am Love, I Love You» from the high level state of our MingJue field of consciousness. In that part of the body a memory arose, a photogram, a person with whom I had had a conflict or by whom I had been hurt, and by saying to the scene, «I Am Love, I Love You», the first thing that happened was that I saw that little piece of myself trapped in the photogram, began to grow acquiring the same dimension of wholeness of my true Self, was released from the prison of the past, dignified, and integrated into the present, totally recomposed.
On the other hand, the image of the other person, also trapped in «my» photogram, disintegrated, dissolved, disappeared… And a great love, peace and gratitude to the universe that I Am arose within me… Never before had I experienced with such forcefulness and effectiveness the power of the information: «I Am Love. I Love You.»
I was experiencing saying Xu and, when in addition, a memory or an emotion arose, I would send again the best information «I Am Love. I would change the tone, the depth, I would say it silently… and everything generated a profound healing effect, a resurrection, liberation… My infinite and universal True Self, acted with total mastery making the process very easy and fluid, calm and without the need to judge.
At one point the information came to me: this method is very pure and effective, do not get attached… let what needs to be cleansed manifest in each practice; do not seek to cleanse everything… If this happens, you have returned to your old frame of reference, the one in a hurry: you are in the ego… To be authentic, accept each practice process and the teaching it gives you… The purification that is given is perfect and sufficient… It is complete in itself.
Acting from completeness everything is HúnYuánLíngTōng.In writing this post I remembered the practice of «recapitulating» from Toltec shamanism that I practiced a few times a few years ago. It is about observing the scenes of the past with precision and rescuing those remnants of our past life.
Today we repeat the process… Each repetition expands the beauty and naturally becomes deeper. Every day the group is stronger, clearer and more joyful, confidence continues to grow and we enjoy more and better. Every day we are more and more clear that the practice is a completeness, that we are loved completeness in every practice, and we carry this treasure and love to all our beings and doings.
